Make-A-Wish Foundation’s World Wish Day

Today, we are lighting up the Morrison Bridge along with other landmarks around Portland blue in honor of all past, present, and future wish kids on World Wish Day, the day our organization was founded. The Oregon chapter was founded in 1983 and has since granted over 5,000 wishes for local children

The American Lung Association’s LUNG FORCE initiative unites America to raise critical awareness of lung cancer, the nation’s leading cancer killer. During Turquoise Takeover Week, landmarks and buildings turn turquoise to honor those living with and impacted by lung cancer.
