OHSU Brenden-Colson Center for Pancreatic Care
The OHSU Brenden-Colson Center for Pancreatic Care is pleased to take part in World Pancreatic Cancer Day on
November 16th, to highlight the fight against the world’s toughest cancer and include Portland in purple lighting
events all over the globe.
The Brenden-Colson Center is a patient-centric hub for clinical and research programs that focus on three main
areas essential for alleviating suffering from pancreatic diseases: Early Detection, Advanced Therapy, and
Quality of Life. The heart of the program is a close collaboration of OHSU’s best doctors and researchers in a
“center-without-walls” that connects clinical activities to laboratory research.
In honor of Pancreatic Cancer Day the bridge will be Purple.
